Every project is unique and the our fees are individual to you, depending upon the scale, nature and complexity of your ambition and brief.

 

We are always happy to meet new clients and enjoy nothing more than taking the time to discuss your hopes for your project as part of a no obligation, first free meeting. We'll fully explain the design and build process, answer any questions you might have and can help you decide the appropriate level of architectural service for your project and budget.

Once we understand what you're looking for and aiming to be concise, we'll write you a fee proposal explaining, what we'll do and our fees. We'll also highlight any other potential costs you might run into as part of getting your your project out the ground.

We enjoy assisting you through the whole project, but understand with smaller projects this may not be necessary or cost effective for you, so we stage our fees, explaining the options available and enabling you to appoint us with confidence that you'll only pay what you expect.

We are not VAT registered, so what you see is what you get.
