We provide both building survey and drafting services for a number of local consultants including architects and engineers.
These works include surveying existing buildings, the drawing up of measured surveys to create existing plans and elevations and also drawing up proposals on behalf of these consultants.

3D modeling and visualisation
Often we find the best way to communicate ideas and concepts is with a 3D model.
As part of our services and dependent upon each projects requirements, we often include simple sketch models to assist with visualising the size, scale, and finishes of proposed spaces both internal and external.
We can also refine our models, adding elements such as furnishings, textures and lighting, to explore your proposed project in greater detail.
We also offer this service to other consultants and have successfully assisted with providing both concept and fully rendered 3D models to local architect firms.
