archihive were asked to review proposals for the installation of roof lights into this former farm house. archihive advised on forming a large vaulted opening to maximise the natual light, in lieu of two smaller box openings and used 3D and sunlight modelling to demonstrate the possiblities. The client is thrilled as the darkest room in their home is now the brightest.
