Private Residence - Durham

archihive were asked to visit an early 1900s, listed house in the heart of Durham City centre and propose options for forming an open plan living, kitchen and dining space as part of a whole house renovation prior to the client finalising their purchase. The client was thrilled to see the potential of the house having spent a minimal amount compared to the cost of a full design service.
